This tablet is amazing! It took 15 minutes for me to set it up and the screen is clear, I helped my daughter make her self an avatar and I absolutely like how simple and easy it is to set up! And I can link it to my Gmail account to help monitor what she watches! And this tablet is also nice price. It also comes with the cover to protect the tablet along with a stand to help hold the tablet up.

Bought my son it for Xmas and it didn't last longer than a month a the screen is black. I want it taking care of replaced something. My son loved it. It was wasted money. Something needs to be done asap I see a lot of bad reviews as well

The screen protector on both tablets I ordered were scratched and I had just opened it out of fresh packaging…

Too big

My daughter only got to use it for a few minutes, it fell off her lap and a hairline crack appeared across the scrern. the crack is hardly noticable but the touch screen no longer works. Dont count on the accident plan, all it will do is offer a one time replacement of similar product. The silicone case was worthless. It didn't even fall on its face. A drop from the lap onto a caprted floor was all it took. Seriously if your going to make a childrens tablet, use a gorilla glass display.

The screen went out already. Glad I have the protection plan.

Purchased two of these as Christmas gifts for our grandkids. Four months later the screen on one has lines and blackout areas. We will go back to their old Amazon Fire tablets which are still going strong after nearly three years.

First of all, the box was delivered with gasoline or kerosene all over it. I then open the box to find that there are scratches and scuff marks all over it, so I was sent a ruined, USED tablet! As if that wasn't enough, I tried to create an account for my son, and the screen isn't reading my touch. So y'all basically sent me a HUGE pile of crap. I would like to know what you're going to do to rectify the situation. I'm done buying pieces of crap electronics from you. NOWHERE on the website did it mention that this would be a used or refurbished product, and if it had…I wouldn't have ordered it. Now, I don't even have a way to return it because it's open, and I don't have a car to take it to the post office. I would like a refund promptly, not only for the tablet, but also for the $27 two year protection fee. Beware to all… WALMART SELLS YOU USED PIECES OF CRAP! And if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would have. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday. (Insert ticked off sarcastic face here, while my fingers flip you the proverbial bird.)

Honestly I'm really upset of the quality of the product. I bought two of them for my kids for Christmas. One of them came damaged and wouldn't even work. The second one started blacking out on the screen. My child hasn't done anything to damage it. Then the charger over heated and almost caused a fire. Overall I haven't been happy with this product.

Could not get the tablet to work. Kept freezing while trying to set up the account.
