we bought this for our 4 kids and so far they are loving it! we have no complaints so far about this product.
My son absolutely love this item. He got it for Christmas. We had gotten him an older one a few years ago, but it was new at the time and it was stolen. I hate spending $500 $600 on these items but he absolutely loves it.
I bought this for my daughter, she upgraded from the 2 and she absolutely loves it!

Lots of excitement on Christmas morning
everything was great but didnt recieve the cover for the headset and got the wrong covers for the controllers. ive emailed them and they did respond but quit reaponding and the issue hasnt been resolved.
Unit was good and arrived well,but after having time to do more research, it would have been more cost effective to purchase the rubber protective kit separately. And on this particular description the item pictured and specs stated the Batman game was included as well, it appears to be included with the higher tier unit available in this particular seller post. Other purchasing options from other sellers/retailers are available with the same walking dead game for a substantially lower price. Just pick up the protective kit from another seller.
