It’s what I needed for my situation. I don’t play games or have a lot of apps running. It was a challenge to update but once I read that I needed to setup a Bios password it worked fine. Actually I downloaded the current version and installed that. Because the version that was on mine had been discontinued by Microsoft.

Great quality, worth the price, saves space, will buy again if I need this again

If you need a tablet that has Windows this is the best you can get I don't use the keyboard but it's a nice addition I would buy again the memory goes Crick on it so you wil have to put expandable SD card in it cuz storage space goes fast.

Had problems with window 11 doing updates.

Computer is OK but the battery won't hold a charge. Was going to use with POTA activations to log my contacts. Computer wouldn't turn cause the battery was dead after a full charge the night before twice. I would like a replacement or a refund.

I did a complete Windows 11 update but I had no touchscreen or audio. I wanted to do a return but I was beyond the 30 day return period

This item does NOT come with a TPM which is required for Windows 11 updates. Therefore, you cannot get ANY updates from Windows 11 on this device, so it is pretty useless. I was on a call with Microsoft support for 2 hours troubleshooting this and they discovered that the device was without this feature.

After Microsoft update it died

i had the tablet out of the box 5 minutes was still setting it up and when i set it down on my desk ( face up in the case) the screen popped out and shattered

I purchased the tablet and gave it as a gift. It would not work right out of the box. I was embarrassed and very disappointed. I had to take it back and returned it to the store for a refund. I would not buy this brand again.
