The magical world of DIGITAL MEDIA.
The software itself is excellent. The owning company, Avanquest is a nightmare! Before ordering the software from Walmart. I ordered a first copy, direct from Avanquest. No words or description can encapsulate my frustration of total failure of their customer service department, explaining why I, didn't receive the copy of software, I PAID FOR. Their excuse was, the order was shipped "MEDIA MAIL via the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, which has no tracking or liability from the sender! Long story short, I got my money back after a month's long of email dialog documentation with their customer service department excuses.

Hard to learn
Used American Greetings for years. Simple, easy to understand. With this product you have to really think before you do anything. It takes too long to figure out. Something that used to make me want to go to computer to make a card for someone, I now just want to go buy the card---that's NOT ME.
