I snagged this chair for our teacher's lounge at school. Being the Principal, I'm always hunting for ways to let my staff know we're grateful for them. With things being crazy stressful lately, having a massage chair on standby is a game-changer. The chair showed up right on schedule, and putting it together was a walk in the park.

At first, I was a bit hesitant about splurging on a massage chair because the ones I saw in stores were crazy expensive, like over $4,000! I just couldn't justify spending that much. But then, I stumbled upon some models that were priced under $2,000 and thought, "Hmm, maybe I should look into this." So, I did some digging and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! There were so many options to choose from, and I even found some that were priced under $1,000. However, I would caution against going for the super cheap ones. They have fixed rollers that don't move along the tracks, and personally, I think that's a must-have feature. So, keep that in mind when making your decision.

These chairs have been a game-changer for me in beating back pain after a long workday or a golf session. The morning stretch massage kicks off my day just right. But, gotta be real, there are a couple of annoying things to chat about. The footrest does extend, but man, it takes some serious muscle to keep it down because of those tough springs. It loves popping back up, especially when I'm tilting back, totally messing with that whole muscle relaxation vibe. It seems like this issue is pretty common until you hit the $4,000 range, where they've got it sorted out.

Nice for the price

This chair does not live up to the advertisement. There is not enough strength in the upper mid-back and thigh areas. It seems to be a very small chair and would not be good for many people. Luckily, I am petite so the size is OK for me. I did get a really good deal for this chair, but have been saving to get something that really meets my needs, and this just doesn't do it. It did not come with assembly or user instructions; I had to find them online. The delivery was terrible; they dropped it on my driveway without even knocking on the door, and it sat outside for a while before I noticed it. I have requested a refund and have still not heard back from the company after several days. Very disappointed! If you want an average chair and can get it around $1000 it might be OK for you. Otherwise, I would pass!
