so I bought this item, for my boyfriend who is a truck driver due to him not being able to be on the phone but allowed to have a Bluetooth device. it works great, we have no issues the sound is very clear the noise canceling works very well and I'm considering buying another one. do you recommend this product.

I got these on sale and expected something to be wrong with them. They work great to my surprise. I WFH and was tired of the wire. These definitely replaced them for me.

This is a good ear piece. I could hear very well they could hear me. The ear piece is comfortable. Only down faults the cord is short (it's a C type). And there's only like one way to put them in the charger. Otherwise I'd recommend these!

I can't believe what a great little earpiece this is. My friends compliment the sound quality all the time! My car is very noisy and you normally hear that when I'm in the car talking on the phone. Now it sounds really good! And I can hear people really well also. Highly recommend.

the product is great but there is one biggest drawback about the ear phone. the drawback you cant turn of the earphones at all while your driving you have to turn Bluetooth off in order to turn the earphones off. you should be able to turrn earphones off regardless wither its connected with Bluetooth. with this earphones you can't. thats a flaw but overall its good quality

Stopped working after 2 days. I've tried charging it and it will not charge. SAD!!!!! Still trying to charge it.

this earpiece has clarity good sound but overall a piece of crap it doesn't have a button that indicates answer or hang up it's more of a sensor constantly hanging up on me just this like movement of my hand to fix my hat or adjust the earpiece sometimes trouble connecting or major trouble trying to turn it off being there's no button and it's more of a sensor worst earpiece Bluetooth I have ever owned

This earpiece is so difficult to make work! It randomly starts calling out %26 it won't stay in my ear. The little ear piece is so hard too. I do not recommend!

Very disappointing. Does not connect to multiple sources as promised. Volume stuck on extremely loud and cannot adjust. Touch it in the wrong way and you disconnect the call. I'm returning it.

This Bluetooth is trash it connected at first then wouldn't go off when put back in case so I had to turn off my Bluetooth on my phone then I couldn't get this thing to connect again and I did what the instructions said over and over again a bunch of times and it still wouldn't connect and the case showed 100 percent but my phone showed 40 percent and there's no way it should be 40 percent after one use that wasn't that long. I even unpaired it and tried repairing it with nothing happening then I finally got it after taking a break from frustration then nobody could hear me so I turned off my Bluetooth once again to talk to them and luckily I wasn't driving at the time i was doing stuff where I needed my hands free. Then I can't get it to pair again now to try it one more time, I have tried every day to see if i could get this to pair back to my phone but I can't get it to do anything. This thing is more trouble then it's worth so I'm returning it and looking for a different one that doesn't have a case like this. I wouldn't recommend this kind of Bluetooth to anyone.
