The positives. It arrived quickly. The steam is cold. It detangles well. It's a decent hair brush for detangling with steam. The negatives. It says it's a hair straightener. Cold steam plus 4c hair does not equal straightened. It just gives wet 4c hairs. Also the description says it vibrates. No it doesn't. I gave this 5 stars so hoping the review will be at the top.
it did not straighten or smooth my hair
Do NOT waste your money. Does absolutely NOTHING! It's pretty much a brush and nothing more. Also shipping took over 2 weeks
I thought the accessories were included for 50.00 it came without them. They should specify brush alone
This item is not as described online, it is not an electric steam hair brush straightener ,it is a fake regular hair brush because it's never gets warm or hot, these merchant that is selling on Walmart, they're a bunch of liers to sell there products, they are lying to customers given the wrong descriptions as if whenever the customers received the item they're not going to use it, Walmart you needs to do an interview with these merchant in order for them to stop selling false and fake items and most importantly must stopped giving the wrong descriptions. I bought this hair straightener and it's as cold as ice, it cannot be charged because it's not AN ELECTRIC HAIR BRUSH STRAIGHTENER, AGAIN IT IS JUST A NORMAL REGULAR HAIR BRUSH, and for all the above mentioned I would never recommend this product to any family or friends, in my opinion this item must be sell as it's right name as a regular hair brush and stop lying to customers, please do the right thing by giving the right descriptions on all items and products that's selling on Walmart.com, and that's my feedback too.
Do not buy this!!!! It's a 100 % scam!!!' Trust me !! in false advertisement I'll leave it at that!! Trust my word don't buy nothing from this seller
