I've only used the robot three times now but it's worked great! One thing I noticed is that it has to be submerged before you press the power button to turn it on. I'm glad I ignored all the negative reviews.

gets stuck on creases and wrinkles in vinyl pools. filter area fills up fast. i spray mine out with water hose after each use. runs for 2 hours on a 2 hour charge. a hose or shop vac works better to clean the bottom of pool. overall not worth the price to me. it does function as advertised

This is actually a great handy vacuum but my pool has indentions on the bottom in the liner that the small wheels get stuck in and it cant continue to move until i get my pole and push it to get it moving again, so unless your pool has a very smooth bottom, i recommend getting one with larger wheels or more pushing power. Other than that, its very easy to use. very easy to empty and clean. comes with a hook to get it out of the pool, which i dont remember reading that and bought 2 hooks before i realized it came with one inside. That wouldve saved me some money.

It gets stuck a lot. I have to retrieve it often. I have an above ground pool and the ground is not perfectly flat. the small wheels on it are useless. Now when it runs it's jet wash really does move the vacuum along pretty quickly. however it clogs up on the vacuum side just as quick. I would not recommend this model in particular if you have an above ground pool. I would look into a type with tracks and good suction.

Don't get this unless your pool is 100% level otherwise it will do nothing but get stuck constantly and you will have to baby sit it. it did pick some stuff up but whenever it would get stuck and try to change direction it would just blow debris around on the bottom of the pool or it would just run into a wall. maybe if this thing had bigger better tires on it, it would of been better

I used this item once, recharged it and now it won’t power on. I tried to return using the Walmart app and can’t. I have to go through manufacturer. I contacted them and they tell me to use the Walmart app. So far, I’ve just gotten the run around and a product that doesn’t work.

Never showed up and never received tithe correct tracking info. When I reach out to Walmart I was forced to wait 3 extra days before they would give me a refund. Now I'm waiting the extra 10 day for refund to hit my account…terrible customer support, no one had a clue what happened to my order.

Does not clean. We gave it two weeks and run it multiple times a day in addition to use skimming and scrubbing the pool daily and it will drive over small (or large) leaf piles or debris and doesn't remove anything noticeable. When we empty the filter cartridge it only has a couple small things in it. NOT WORTH IT.

I read the reviews before purchasing this. It seemed like everyone liked it, of course there were a few that did not , but I figured it seemed like a lot more liked it than did not .i put it in the Pool. It did not do anything. It barely picked up one leaf.

My unit just drove straight into the wall of my above ground round pool and stayed there hardly picking up anything. I don't know if I got a bum unit but it was useless.
