I purchased this pool cleaner for my 16 x 32 inground pool. I love the fact that you can control it and have clean just the walls, just the floor or the whole pool. It works very well. My pool is a liner pool and some spots ar uneven but it does not have trouble navigating anywhere in the pool. The basket is easy to take out and clean. I think it is a very good pool cleaner for the price.

After using minimal times, the rubber track broke. I have called customer support 3 times and sent an email. I keep getting told they will escalate the ticket which never happens. It has been 3 weeks. The money spent on this vacuum was wasted.

The Crab vacuum does not vacuum the middle of our pool. It does great along the edges and up the walls but there is a dirty streak all the way up the middle. There are no wrinkles in the liner either that the Crab could be hitting.
