This chair has been an absolute delight. The controls are not only a breeze to use but also super straightforward, which is a big win. The range of massage settings it offers, along with the ability to tweak them manually, is seriously top-notch. And can we talk about the Bluetooth? It connects like magic – quick and seamless. Setting up the chair was a walk in the park, thanks to its user-friendly design. Just a heads up, though – it's pretty wide and heavy, so make sure it can squeeze through doorways and get some backup for moving it around. Overall, I'm beyond happy with this chair and its impressive features.

Let me kick off by saying that it comes fully assembled, and while it's quite robust and weighty, two people can effortlessly slide it to the desired spot. The chair provides an excellent selection of pre-programmed massages, and what's even more impressive is the ability to customize the intensity and duration of the massage. The Bluetooth speakers work remarkably well. I've developed a particular liking for the "sleep" massage—it literally lulls you into dreamland, leaving you in the zero gravity position for undisturbed sleep. The remote control is easy to navigate, and the illuminated buttons make it user-friendly in the dark. If that's not convenient enough, you can also control the chair using a smartphone app. The chair's sleek design is an added bonus, and it can be placed just a few inches from the wall, saving space. In my experience (this being my third massage chair purchase), it's the best value I've encountered. I love its aesthetic appeal, and the massages are simply delightful!

Everything works well, takes a little time to figure out the touch panel but it works as requested. Confusing manuel panel on the left side arm rest, But we will figure out how it works later. We did'nt want to buy the cheapest massage chair, so this one at over half off should fit the bill.

The company's web site says satisfaction worry free….. don't believe it. Walmarts customer service was also a Huge fail. Called customer service 3 times and each time they promised services that never happened and NO record of previous call. Finally got contact with seller and they had not received. ANY THING from Walmarts customer service. Kollectiv was then difficult. Eventually issues were solved, but it took dozens of phone calls , endless emails and 2 months. Both Walmart customer service and Kollectiv were a HUGE fail for me.

I got a chair that was old dusty and damaged , I immediately took a pic and so did the delivery guy. it was full of dust the bottom plate had corrosion and oxidation as well as a worn bottom rollers. It also had a big dent and torn leather. Ive got nothing but the run around from Wallmart and the 3rd party . I started this on 5 Nov. they promised to refund my money or send me a new chair. The chair was 2 years old and not a new 2025. Wallmart and this company are full of crap, also there was no damage on the box so they sent it knowing it was dusty and had a dent in it

The description is very misleading. For $1700. we feel ripped off!!! i am 6'0 and i cant sit in the chairs without doing a circus performance and then the chair is not able to massage me correctly because im bent into a peculiar sitting position. if you are over 5"9 this chair is not for you,

Chair was delivered in the street and left. footrest was bent in, 3 tears in leather, and side panel broken. fought with kollectiv. the seller for 2 weeks. Would not send a replacement chair. wanted to give me 300 on a 1700 chair and call it good. I notified walmart and they were great. They are having it picked up and sent back and my money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, KOLLECTIV.

Mine quit working at 4 months. I have contacted the seller for almost 2 weeks and they are not responsive.

Find a different company, and do your research on where the chair is shipping from. There are several chair companies that ship from the compton Ca area. That should tell you all you need to know. They all have same issues and customer service problems. My chair has issues and they wont fix them. In fact the chair I bought the features did not match the add. Their solution was to offer an extended warranty, not the take the chair back as they should.
