I watched over 40 YouTube reviews to decide which TV box. vSeebox v6 plus is best for my requirements. once connected to wall outlet. it installs itself. I had to add wifi PW. I travel a lot internationally. Data speed is an issue. This box consumes under 1 Mbit/sec most of the times by very good picture and sound quality. It is extremely easy to use. very good performances. I have the box since 10 days. I cannot say how it will behave after 2 years. as new set. absolutely TOP.

To set up and connect was fast, easy, and as directed. To use after that was a mystery. No info provided on how to use or on the remote. All trial and error and whatever you could find on Youtube for help.. Certainly replaces some streaming apps that you may be paying for. Therefore, this will pay for itself over time.

I need a VSeeBox V6 Plus replacement. Please instruct me on how to accomplish it. Initially my system would occasionally work sluggishly. Eventually, the system stopped responding whenever I used the remote, and as such I assumed the remote control was defective. However, I received a remote replacement today and the same results occurred. - another reason, I believed my remote was defective - I was never able to "pair" my system using the remote. Again, I would prefer a replacement as opposed to a refund. I look forward to receiving instructions. Thank You. Dale Carter, ESQ
