I had this blow dryer before and it finally gave out after 10 years. 😢 It is a salon professional dryer. If you don't know what you're doing you will burn hair off . I have seen it happen. I have tried other blow dryers and nothing compares to this one. I love it. Hopefully this one will last just as long as the my previous one that I purchased when I worked in a salon.

It is really a maybe for this hair dryer. I am retired hair dresser and find this dryer heavy. Would not use this at work. Heat is not as high as stated. Hard to try to figure how buttons for best use. Way more expensive for what I go. But hubby likes it. Not me

This item really straightens my hair on the high heat.

I received this blower last week. When I opened the box from Walmart, there was an original box inside and the box was damaged. I was afraid to use it but everything was okay. I am afraid to use it incase of damage to the hair. It looked like someone used the blower and put it in an old beat up box.

They sent me a recently opened and broken item. Package was not even from Walmart that was shipped from one of the return center so obviously that they were trying to kick it out.I paid 112$ plus tax for broken blowdryer and l needed to return it so. when l wanted to return it, costumer service told me this item is not eligible for return. Once l said l will dispute this transaction they sent me a return label. Anyway finally l got my money back after they hold it for 5 days already but that was so unprofessional and tricky l won't be shopping for any electronics on Walmart any more.

I purchased this specifically hair dryer because i had the same one for 12 years and i loved it. This new one is not as hot and powerful as the one i used to have "same dryer". Also the box was ripped it was packed in a shipping plastic bag, box was all smashed.

The 90 Wal-Mart online products are garbage. Don't buy it because, it have defects or not working properly.

I bought this dryer in June and it died in October didn't want to turn one anymore. It stopped working out of the blue
