It came late! Upon opening the box I noticed the potentiometer (speed adjusting knob) was laying in the box. I removed the scooter from the box and the stem for the knob was bent over (easily fixed by me). I assembled the scooter and removed the battery to charge it and the battery box lid and bottom were both broken (I rigged it up to work). Now I have messaged and emailed them to no avail. The scooter is nice but the seller is questionable!
