20in Gas Chainsaw, 62CC Powerful Chainsaw w/2 Stroke Engine, 3.4HP Cordless Chainsaw for Trees and Wood Cutting

I only have an occasional need to remove a fallen tree that my 14” saw can't handle. A 20” gas chain saw with an extra 16” chain and bar is extremely helpful %26 necessary. It's well built, strong, easy to start %26 seems to oil the bar%26 chain well. It's not for someone in the logging business but for a small farmer it will do the job. Just be certain to read the manual because the oil/fuel ratio is different, the oil used for the bar is a different weight. Starting it is a little different - But it works and is very loud - 115 decibels.

At first it's hard to figure out... but once you get it... its a monster!!!

The product looks well built but when I received it. It came with out a chain. I called the company,Seizeen! About 6 times. The first time they said they would check on it and get back to me. They didn't. Called again.Same thing..Called again. They said they do not have extra parts and can only send a kit with the chain and chain guide bar. I waited. Called back. They said they couldn't ship it because it only comes with the saw and no extra parts. They offered me a $65.00 refund, even though I paid $129.00 for it. Now I'm left looking for a chain which either no one has or how are they going to know what kind of chain I need when I don't have a chain to compare it to.

buy extra chains for this item as will deaden after three uses

Once my husband decided to open the box and actually try the darn thing, it does NOT work, yes, I know this is December. You do NOT know my husband do you? He procrastinates and puts things off way to long until he is prodded into doing them. Had to have a chain saw once it arrives it sits here forever before anything is done about it. Now the darn thing doesn't even crank, had a pro come over to take a look at it and sure enough there is a problem with the chainsaw, even he is confused.

I ordered this item for my husband and Walmart did not deliver it! They sent me a different chainsaw that did not have the same blades or abilities of the saw that was ordered. My husband was putting the chainsaw together and noticed that not all of the parts were not in the box. When he showed me, I saw that it was the wrong manufacturer. There was no explanation, no notice, or no reason why this was sent in place of what was ordered. That is the reason for the poor rating. I do not have the correct chainsaw to review. There was no place I could find to get this corrected. The chainsaw does not even show up in my lists. I need help and can not find out where to go to get this fixed. product arrived FedEx smashed and damaged. not sure where the damage occurred but it was packaged very poor. had to return
