perfect gift
Purchased this as a Mother's Day gift for my sister for her first Mother's Day. she loved it so much that I purchased another for a friends birthday. Turn it on when you get in the shower and its all warmed up by the time you get out.

Timer feature works well, relatively simple and easy to use. Heats up very well without the outside of the can getting too hot.

Problem with towel warmer
I had a problem with the unit I received where the inner bin was getting warm but the towels were not heating up and they were just becoming wet, even though they were completely dry when I put them in.
