20V MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless Power Cleaner Kit (1.5 Ah)

It does what they say it will do. I like it because I could use a bucket. I only used it once because it has been to cold. But it is not a pressure washer you would use for big jobs. Worked good for my needs blew some moss off my garden wall. I also a bunch of 20 volt batteries from other tools. I like it. Will use it more when the weather brakes. But it could still co damage if you are not carful as any pressure washer.

Portable and easy to use. Common battery power used in other devices!

I use this for cleaning the car in in the winter with the vehicle in the garage. It works great for this purpose and is not a replacement for a normal pressure washer. The pressure is low but meets my expectations for a battery powered washer.

This gives a very soft mist or pencil length size straight spray, definitely not meant for cleaning anything. Your water hose has much more power.

Everything was great until i went to charge battery which would not charge and only blink red

Product came quickly battery was no good will not charge don't know how to return it

Battery does not charge. I continuously get a blinking red light on the charger. I won't even know if unit works or not because I have no battery.

Battery was bad and only lasted about 5 minutes. Had other B%26D 20 volt batteries but they would no fit. Will returning this ASAP

Not enough power

Despite the other reviews I was willing to give this model a shot since I don't have the need for an industrial grade washer. Unfortunately the other reviews are dead on. I'm not sure whether the issue is the battery or just a poorly designed model, but fresh out of the box it sends water at a slower pace than the hose - even on a full battery. How long before Black and Decker (a name I previously trusted) gives up and pulls this model entirely? Would really appreciate an email to troubleshoot.
