Perfect pruner
All round better product than cheaper brands. When thru one a year (motors got hot quickly and would burn up after a year or so.). until this one came out. Seems beafier and stouter.

Difficulty Finding Replacement Chain
Hello, the product works well. I am at the point where i need to replace the chain and can't find the replacement. I have scavenged the internet and manual. From what i can tell, the chain isn't available online. Can you please help?

Cuts great......but.......
It cuts great when it works. The battery surprisingly lasts longer than I thought. But, good luck if the chain comes off the track. What a pain in the butt it is trying to fix it
