First of all this was so someone else's return. The box was all torn up and re-taped. The parts, accessories and covers were just thrown into the box. It was all dirty, but not used. The tires had dirt and dog hair so it had been pulled around. I kept it anyway, but what a mistake. I put it together and hard a ver hard time getting the lid on. I had to get a block of wood and a hammer to beat into place and then it popped off the first time I used it. The handle is not long enough for a six foot man to pull it standing upright. Also while walking and pulling it along the tank will hit you in the ankles because the handle is not long enough. But my biggest complaint is the connections. They are VERY poorly made and I can't believe this company would even sell something like that. You cannot twist the connection tightly onto the camper outlet. Also even their own accessories like the hose cap and the dump valve will connect snuggly onto the hose fitting. I tried their accessories on my old hose and they turned right on and were a tight connection. The first time I used the tote the elbow came unhooked and sewage ran everywhere. I cannot remember a product I was more disappointed in.
