Perfect Supplement For Vegetarians
21st Century B-100 Complex, Prolonged Release, 60 Tablets are perfect for me because I don't eat meat every day and I need B12 in particular.

Afternoon Energy
This is a great product to help get over that afternoon lag. Mine starts to hit about 2:00 PM so I take one of these at 1:30. The sustained release keeps it working for several hours. Highly recommended supplement......

Vitamin B
These tablets are too big and turn my urine a bright yellow. I think they should be smaller and easier to swallow, and they need less food coloring. Otherwise, I think they are fine.

Bigger than "caplets"
MISLEADING. These are NOT what should be considered "caplets"-- Caplets are most always a slimmer size. These are too big, hard as a rock and sit in the stomach as such. I expected much more quality with this as the same brand, B12 time released is extremely small and totally worth it, so I'm stuck with the 3 bottles I ordered, thinking that they would be smaller and actually "caplet" sized. What a waste.
