The Best
I take 2 day.. one am & one noon tons energy to keep going all day & sleep great at night. Only vitamin I've ever taken that doesn't make me jittery. I have high stress. I love how they are calming and have helped me achieve a sense of well-being even on the most stressful days. Can't live without them. Thank You Swanson's for the best price & lots of options!!
