21st Century Cinnamon 1000 mg Capsules, 120 Ct

I swallow the pill whole, so I don't know how it tastes. Appearance is a moot point. But as far as value for the money goes , it is very good, and I certainly appreciate the lightweight packaging. There's another one i've been ordering , but most of the bottle is empty. Talk about extra plastic in the environment.... This one minimizes that.

I like. I take to help control my sugar. This is the easiest way to add cinnamon to your diet.

I take it for my high sugar, it works very good for me keeps it down. I would Recomend it to others.

It's as good as any plain cinnamon, but I use it with chromium.

I bought the 2000mg (per serving) 120 per bottle.. this one is 1000mg (per serving) 120 per bottle.. ahhhh.. that's exactly the same.. but I thought I was buying 120 caplets of 2000mg because the "Per Serving" is very small under that line.. this should be illegal in my opinion, definitely shady wonder how many other versions they are selling which is exactly the same bottle.. anything that is a multiple of 500, so 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000/serving, all the same except @ 500 per, yo need 4 servings a day.. at 1000 its 2.. doh.. I'll never buy this brand again..
