21st Century Magnesium, 250 Tablets

I started taking Mg to help with leg cramps at night, and I can say that I don't have them anymore. I just finished the bottle, so I am ordering new one. The tablets are a little hard to swallow and they powder everything around, so, if you like to have daily contaimers it will be helpful to have separate for just Mg.

after taking these vitamins for almost one month I definitely have noticed a difference in my health and mood. As a person with chronic fatigue, this vitamin has helped my immune system and energy levels return to normal. I will continue to use them as they are an excellent supplement!
