I purchased this due to the price and knew my husband needed to take a vitamin. He claimed he was ok with his diet. I got it, he tried it and he loves how he feels. He claims he has more energy and his moods are better let me tell you (that was a plus for me). He takes one a day and takes it in the morning with no complaints and that is prior to food. The rave reviews he gives me on how he feels and the wonderful price make this a must have. I am glad I took the chance and will keep this in stock. This was a great jump start for him.

After A LOT of analysis and comparisons I chose 21st Century's Mega Multi for Men... but up'd the dose to three tablets per day. At this dosage it rivals the big name Athletic-branded Men's Multi-Vitamins at a far, far lower cost per day. I take 1 tablet with each of three main meals. This spreads the dosing more evenly across the day and replenishes the body well. Helps to feel good all around.

For a number of years I was taking a popular multivitamin that had part of this vitamins name. I recently discovered that it was manufactured in China with sub-standard products. I liked what I saw about this one and the fact it is manufactured here in the USA encouraged me to try it. My wife and I have been using it for over two months now and it seems to really be far superior to the other in what it does for us. I needed a multi vitamin that would provide my body with all the essential vitamins and minerals a man in his 60's needs, and this product has filled that need for me.

I bought this for my husband. It has the contents that I was looking for and he needs a good vitamin.

This was a "hard pill to swallow." I don't have swallowing problems typically but definitely would not recommend for anyone who does. Tended to hang up in my esophagus even when chased with several glasses of water, then often followed by heart burn and that B-vitamin'y chalky brown taste. I tried to chew it up to break into smaller pieces to make it easier to wash down but still had problems. The only thing that really seemed to help was to take it before I ate. That way when the food finally came it would tend to sweep it down the esophagus. Will look for a capsule product in the future.

I started buying this multi for my husband a couple of years ago. The first time we ran out, I bought a different brand, as they stopped selling this kind in my local store. The new brand didn't work for him, so I found this online and have been ordering it ever since. It gives him energy and doesn't upset his stomach.
