Work well
They work well. The smaller dosage tablets do nothing for me. I have to take 20 mg to get to sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

i take three pills and within 45 minutes im knocked out for the rest of the night. they taste great and dissolve quickly.

Not as good as the gummies.
I tried this product for 5 nights and the results weren't as good as the gummies I had been using. I returned to the gummies and have had better results.
