My mom has been suffering from tingling/itchy feeling on her lower leg at night for decades. A few months ago she has started having the same feeling on her chest. Quality is good, but ingredients may not be enough, and I have to augment more alpha lipoic acid to complete daily dose.

this is the poor quality of B12(cyanocobalamin), lab production ingredient, hard on the liver, choose instead natural one more beneficial like B12 methyl cobalamin. do your research before buying any supplements.
