100mg Niacin was too potent for us
Niacin is great and has health benefits that I need but this is strong if you're not used to it and made me feel like I was having an extreme hot flash and super itchy at the same time. My spouse and I ( different sexes) both tried it several times and had the same reaction. I even tried taking 1/2 a pill but they are crumbly and difficult to cut in half. You sacrifice a whole tablet to get 1/2 a tablet. (See photo) I would prefer a tablet 50mg or 25 mg.
