These multivitamins are great for teenagers. Their gentle but effective and contain just enough of the extra boost they need. Had to order online though being that they were not available instore.

Cheap Wonderful
Saw this on Dr. Oz it is rated as one of the approved brands and it digests into your system for full beneficial results since this is one a day works great for me and my husband and will last us over 2 months cheap compared to the other vitamins

I wish this multi was more complete and more potent. It's not a bad product,but do find myself taking 2 on days when my diet isn't as great. I don't think this would be necessary if the potency was higher for some nutrients. A couple more ingredients that I'm used to in multi vit/min would be appreciated greatly and I'd believe the product was better. Overall, pretty average.
