I like 21st Century Brand I buy many of their supplements. good qualify.

I did not have any bad taste after affects from using this B-12 supplement. I thought it tasted pretty good. It is likely I would purchase it again; however, the understanding that I have gained is that methylcobalamin is better than cyanocobalamin. The other downside is that the price on Swanson is unpredictable--up and down all the time, so that if you find you like a product after giving it a test to see how your body feels, next time you come back, the price is higher or that version is not available.

I started taking this B12. It has given me more energy and clarity. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent price and the size of the pill is perfect; small in size and easy to swallow.

Definitely very convenient and I enjoy the taste. It takes a few minutes to dissolve under your tongue, but who cares! It works! High concentration is also nice, to ensure absorption of a good dose. Price is also great. If I sleep 4 or 5 hours, I pop one pill and feel remarkably recovered and ready to start the day. Will buy this again!

I'm a 62 year old guy that likes working out with weights. I have tried many other brands of b12 that were so so, but 21st Century's really gave me the boost I had been looking for. Take one under the tongue 25-30 minutes before exertion. It gives you a little get up and go

I’ve been using this product for over a year and will continue to. It tastes great and dissolves quickly. The only problem I have with it is that because I live in an extremely humid climate it will sometimes dissentigrate before I finish the medication.

Aftertaste makes these quick dissolve sublingual tablets hard to recommend. I do believe they help energy level, if you can get past the weird aftertaste. Nature's bounty tastes much better and work well.
