21st Century Vitamin B-12 Tablets, 2500 mcg, 110 Count

I just seem to be the multivitamin made my doctor happy when she did my blood work therefore, I'm happy

I've been talking this product because my Dr suggested it. I've been on it for a little over a year and am pleased with the energy boost it has given me.

I knew nothing about B-12. My Dr. prescribed them and most people had better results using the Century brand over other brands. I have not had any more problems. Very please!

I never realized the wide range of dosage levels in vitamin B supplements until I came across this 21st-century brand. I was taking 50 mcg, then 5000 mcg, and now I discovered this 2500 mcg which seems perfect for me at age 66. And these pills are small enough that I don't need to crush them. This supplement improves my energy and so it must provide a good degree of bio-availability.

I have been using 21st Century B12 for years and it does help with my energy level. I am a 75 year old female.

This is a very good product that I buy as often as needed and at a great price!

Good price. Pleasant taste. Dissolves easily.

The only areas I could rate this product in were overall, convenience and satisfaction. I rated it low because sublingual should melt under your tongue in a reasonable amount of time. Because this one does not I rated it overall unsatisfactory, in my opinion, and would not recommend it to others. I have had sublinguals before that performed quite differently than this brand.
