A multivitamin for older women to help with energy, immunity, heart health, bone health, eye health and cellular health. I like the additional fruit and vegetable ingredients, especially the greens, which can help with menopause symptoms. It also has biotin, which I find really helps my hair and nails. It's good not to have to buy all these nutrients separately.

I took these for a few weeks and did nothing for me. It is a great price for the ingredients that are in these vitamins. Still worth a try if someone is considering taking them.
