Read reviews before I purchased this item. As one said it did come in folded... but i was pleased it did not damage or even maked a mark. I was satisfied on the size, the markers/ measurements on it and it lays really flat on my counter! I have new counters and did not want to ruin it with kneading dough. Do not know yet how it will deal with purple food color (ube pandesal). I think this will also hold with my 5 yo with his markers and playdough too (; . I love cooking but a novice on baking... this will truly make it easier for someone like me. I am also saving the paper that came with it for storing.

I love my new Pastry Mat. I make all my pasta and pizza dough from scratch and this addition to my kitchen is wonderful for accurate measuring and as a nonstick surface. I might even buy another for rolling out two pizzas at once.

I looked at the package. It was folded into a smaller square. I thought it would have wrinkles all over, so I opened it up and there was more wrapping on top. I spread it out and there were no wrinkles. Apparently the extra cover prevented it from wrinkling, so when I finished rolling out my dough, I made sure to place the extra paper back on top.

When I am working the dough it is wise to stay out of my line of fire! This kept my kitchen clean! I did not think it was possible to to do this without making a mess. The large size is the ONLY way to go and it does all it says it does. Not once did the matt slip on my counter....would buy again for sure.

I always experienced problems rolling out the dough. Apart from its shrinking back. it would stick to the surface. The mat took care of the sticking issues. I like it and highly recommend it especially for those who make Pizzas.

So glad I bought this pastry mat. So easy to use and clean. Good thing they have this now so you can just put it over a kitchen counter or table and do your kneading and rolling!

Been abt 2 months since I started using this mat. Love it. Has made my life easier when making dough, rolling out tortillas, pizzas etc etc. Easy clean and storage.

I love that it can be rolled up and put away. Its so convenient with all the measurements right on the mat. Perfect for rolling out dough, laying out filo for baklava, or any pastry making. I love it!

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this. It's amazing no broken pie crust. I will never use a wooden board again.

Love that its non-slip and I now know how big to roll out ur my pie dough. I also use it to roll out my biscuits on. Easy cleanup.
