2.25" (57mm) Electronic Exhaust Cutout System - Aluminized Mild Steel w/ Slip Fit and Band Clamps

This set has absolutely everything for a quality exhaust cutout. Before purchasing, I scoured the internet for reviews and most had something negative to say about a lot of them. I saw this cutoff and did some more research. Turns out these guys thought of everything for a good quality and long lasting product. I would definitely recommend. My welder had no issues fabricating a custom exhaust with these materials. But above all else, the actual product works amazing! I can go from average sleeper to roaring beast in a matter of seconds.

I bought this about 6 months ago for my Ford Ranger and it was a little too big, that my fault though. it works well. it does take around 2-4 seconds for the cutout to move after I move the toggle switch. don't mess with the wiring, just put it in correctly. I messed it up and now I can't figure out how to get the toggle switch working again.

I bought this electric cutout over three months ago got it installed two weeks later by a automotive shop then I checked over everything and wired it up and it worked great until just recently the motor made a high squeal noise when I flipped the switch and a week later it just doesn't work period. When I went under my car to check it out the motor was burning hot and no wonder why it's connected to the exhaust and there's nothing that protects it from the heat. I do not suggest anyone to get this junk. I drove my car as a daily opened it and closed it all the time. never seen snow or salt
