Unfortunately, I accidentally updated my firmware. However, these ink cartridges worked! I purchased other 3rd party cartridges which did not work, but these seem to work with no issues.

I received this product today, and so far, the one cartridge I replaced seems to work. BUT (and this is a HUGE BUT), I am extremely disappointed in the was this product was portrayed on the website. It APPEARS to be a genuine Epson product - identical packaging, printing, etc., but the product received was nothing like what was shown. Expected to find a package that at least looked like what was pictured, but instead, I received a plain white, flat box. No manufacturer identification at all!! Luckily, the one ink cartridge I received works in my printer, but I am not at all happy. As far as I am concerned, this was an example of deceptive advertising. Wal-Mart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be sold through their website. Looking back at the listing on my phone, yes, NOW I can see that it's not a genuine Epson product, but when it is mixed in with the genuine products, it's easy to miss it. I have avoided Wal-Mart for years, and only very recently started looking at their merchandise. I will be MUCH, MUCH more careful in the future.
To be clear, the product problem is probably the printer itself, but these cartridges last for about 5-10 minutes. I hate this printer. Was it cheap? No, I have to spend $40 in ink every two weeks. 💁🏽♀️
