Poor Customer Service / Bad Walmart Policy
My local Walmart did not have these tires in stock, so I ordered them and had to wait for them to arrive. Between the time I placed the order and the time they were installed, Walmart rolled back the price. I asked the service department manager if Walmart would honor the lower price, but I was told he could not make the adjustment. I then contacted Walmart Customer Service, and at first they seemed genuinely interested in helping. Unfortunately, after two weeks of emails back and forth, I was ultimately told that a price adjustment was against Walmart's policy. I find this to be a very disappointing policy, especially since the tires had not even been installed when I requested the price adjustment. I understand that prices change, but in this situation, it seems reasonable that Walmart could have honored the lower price. The tires themselves are good, but based on this experience, this will be the last time I use Walmart for my tires.
