If you don't want to read the long version below. These lights are bright enough. The colored mushrooms add to the garden. The wire that is attached to every single light is a potential problem. The charge lasts enough to stay on all night. The price was great for so much. There are plenty of modes to choose from. Overall, it is worth trying out if you don't mind the assembly. ...
Ordered these to add some light around mom's garden. i have to admit that when I opened the box, I was surprised that everything came unassembled. although it was tedious putting it together, it wasn't hatd to. the instructions to assemble lacked any steps or way to lay the lights or how to put the light into the plastic mushroom top. The instruction page was very small and mostly talked about how to adjust the solar box and how to stage it in the ground to get the midst light. Anyway, i got them in the ground after I tested them inside a dark area. i was surprised at how bright they were. Also, I appreciated the 8 modes, including all light patterns. That was the mode I used. in read that they don't hold the solar energy for the 8 hours they claim. i noticed mine came on at 7:10 p.m., and as it got darker, they were easy to see from the backyard slider. So when I checked in on them the following moornng they stayed on until 6:40. So, it is almost 12 hours of continuous light. So I'm glad to say I disagree worth others about how bright they are and how long the solar charge lasts. they have been out in the backyard for 4 days. The only issue I had so far was when I was pushing the stake further down in the garden , I crimped the wire to the light, and they all quit working. But it was an easy fix. Just make sure when you push them into the ground after assembled, be sure you only push down under the mushroom. Pushing on top will crimp the wires that attach directly to each mushroom. The wires are the only drawback. Also, everything is supposed to be water resistant but not waterproof. So I'm not sure how all these loose wires are going to hold up. But so far, so good.
