This is very easy to put together and very easy to use. I am 69 and there are not a lot of exercises that I am comfortable doing when I am home alone but this is perfect and I have lost 5lbs since using it daily for 6-12 minute 🥰

it took me a minute to get it to work but once i figured it out I love it , i haven't used it but a couple of times so don't know how good its going to work for tightening your body or weight loss but i think it will.

It needs more links to adjust to a person who had a larger waist ..48 to 54 waist..I had to consider buying 2 hula hoops .will give another review once use around waist after adding more links

not what I thought it would be very restricting more so the size of someone a hundred and fifty pounds or less 200 plus pound person here trying to lose weight and this was very very tight could use some more chain connections at least

garbage
waste of money, it did't come with sand for the propelled ball, links were difficult, I couldn't get the ball on the string to make a full circle. I threw it away!!
