24 Inch Fully Integrated Smart Dishwasher with 16 Place Settings

This dishwasher works great! The old one has over time proven to be lesser and we chose to upgrade and are glad that we did! Your review website is requiring that my “nickname” does not match any other nickname in your system. That is ridicules, as you don't offer to just add a sequential number to whatever I picked. So now, I will just try random things until something is unique. But seriously, y'all need to have a product review website that understands that more than one person might have the same nickname. I am going to take the time to do this just so I can post these words.

We love the quality of the dishwasher and how quiet it is when running. To make it quiet, there is certainly lots of extra insulation and other pieces that make installation a bit more challenging than other dishwashers I have installed. The dishes come out clean and dry, even the plastic pieces with the dual convection dry function. It's quiet enough we can run it while watching TV in the other room which is great as the cycle length is long with drying enabled. The app could use some work but the notifications especially things like notifying you when rinse aid is required is very helpful. The extra jets on the third shelf for utensils has left everything we put up there spotless.

Ultra drying cycle leavs both dishes, glasses, pots, silverware, and machine spotlessly dry...no water drops anywhere. Interior lighting and panel design complete the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous high end dishwasher was etching all our glasses. Switched to this and it's been great so far! No etching, very clean dishes! Quiet, love the third adjustable rack, I'm still discovering features! The built in clips to keep small items from flipping on the upper rack is a plus. Plates seem to fit in much better in the bottom rack compared to our previous dishwasher as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing. Much bigger than expected. I love the LED light. Easy to adjust heights of the racks. User Friendly. I get text notifications when cycle complete. What more can you say. Very nice machine.

Better since the redesign. The previous version leaked but this new version has no condensation issues. The first model would condensate on the underside of the counter top and then leak onto the floor. This new version has no issues. Runs quietly and cleans the dishes like a pro! We love the interior lighting!!

This Unit is replacing a similar top of the line Cafe Dishwasher that was new is 2015 and all I can say is we should have just fixed the old one as this one has less features, specifically there is no way to adjust the door to stay open, even when all the way down, it want to attempt to raise up and close. It cleans the dishes well and is low noise.

The dishwasher holds a lot of dishes and does a fantastic job of getting them cleaned. The washer is also very quiet when running allowing you to still be in the kitchen and the noise not be annoying. The controls are easy to use and provides lots of options allowing you to customize your cycle. Overall a great product. Would be five stars, but the fact the different handle colors cost extra is a negative, especially at the price charged.

We have been using our GE Cafe dishwasher for about a year. The heating element and the control board both went out and it was 450 to repair it. It took 6 weeks to get the parts. We were told the dishwasher was running again when the tech finished (I was working at the time and wasn't present), but the first time it was turned on a leak error came on. It has been almost a week and they have not yet returned to fix the leak that was created during the repair. The repair tech told us that GE makes terrible dishwashers and we should consider another brand, so I'm here to share that advice.

Only buy this for aesthetics - there is no other reason to purchase! It runs for hours and while dishes come out clean, they are very wet even after you give the recommended 90 additional minutes to 'dry' which never occurs. The alarm is the worst ever. The fix they give you does not work and if you go on line to get tips for other people annoyed by this feature, those don't work either! if you 'accidentally' touch the keypad at anytime the alarm will sound every 3 minutes for at least 2 hours. The lower rack on wheels is like a plastic very flimsy child's toy that comes of the track constantly and slams on to the door.
