im 59 years old, and it was foolish for me to try this I guess I'm going to have to go with the cruiser style

great product for a great price. the bike is beautiful and rides smooth.

The bike itself appears to be good, but it took us days to get this put together. At first, according to the instruction manual that was included, after making myself crazy trying to figure it out, I finally concluded that a piece was missing (the stem, for the handlebar). When I emailed the company, the response I got back was that the wrong instruction manual was included and that I needed to follow the video link they then sent. So after figuring that out, we were okay until the screw included to attach the front wheel appeared to be wildly short. We managed to make it work but the whole things was so difficult to assemble, I don't understand why the correct manual or at least the link would be included.

great bike. perfect for my daughter. the directions arent great it does take some time to figure out. the photos and descriptions arent clear and theres no videos so it took longer than expected but its decent for the price

The bike would have been great, however the breaks have an issue that we haven't been able to troubleshoot and will have to bring to a bike shop to fix. The cable keeps popping out of the handle bar as it is too long and the tightening system is too tight/not opening and closing easily. It's disappointing that we have to pay more to get this brand new bike fixed and have to delay being able to use it.

The bike was received defective. The front tire is fine and inflated well, but the back tire is deflated, can't get air in the tire. I attempt multiple times thinking something is wrong with the assembly and it's not. The tire is FLAT and trying to put air in the tire, the air goes out, air into air is how I can describe it. Attempted to contact the seller MULTIPLE times through different means and no response. Attempted to take it to Walmart, and I was told it's a third party, you have to contact the seller. The only number available does NOT work.

Don't get this bike because the assembly instructions are weird. You will have a lot of problems with the handlebars and then the bike seat. It just comes off randomly.

Really hard to put together I bought two of these both of them. I struggled with the handlebars, but eventually got them on, but then there's other issues with us simply and it's like just buy an already assembled bike.

Instructions are impossible to follow. It was missing crucial parts to assembly. Bike is unusable until the company sends missing parts.
