Soft material. Unfortunately the material was damaged when trying to remove the UPC sticker. This item works well to help me coordinate my organizational bins.

Works great
Need them for a light up sweater and they do not disappoint, just sew or glue the lights on the fabric then hot glue the fabric on the sweater. Works great
