hot tub very easy to set up. best purchase we've made. stays hot even in low 30 degree weather. still maintains temp we set it at. good qualirt material too.
Set up was easy but I am unable to get it to a warm temperature unsure weather it is a defect or my plug but it takes days to get it above 85 degrees this has made me sad 😞
Purchased a hot tub from Walmart , the pump never reached 104as it said then it sprung a leak. It had a year warranty and I bought an extra 3 year warranty. We emptied it and folded it to return. However Walmart tells me it's from a third party manufacturer and I have to go thru them, Walmart sent them a email and they responded to me ‘ your 30 days is over so you can not return it' but I have a 3 year warranty. Nope they want me to do troubleshooting. I told them it's FOLDED up so ii called the so called insurance company Allstate where I was transferred 4 times then cut off. When I called back I was told something called SQUARE TRADE was who Allstate sends all there retail business. So I called them. A lady filed a claim for me and sent me a email saying it will have to be taken to a local repair shop. I have to pay and then will be reimbursed. Then I receive another email from the same company saying I have to take pictures of the problems before a claim can be started. The tub is empty and FOLDED for gods sakes. I will probably never buy from Walmart again , definitely never from a third party manufacturer FICISOGand never use Allstate again.
Had this for 1 month. Never heated up hot and pump stated making loud noises. Don't waste your money. Colemans in my opinion are the best and the company will replace it.
Up and running for almost 2 weeks. Since it has stopped heating. Filters clean and properly attached. Called for help as within 30 days. Walmart sent notice to the manufacturer. They got in touch and wanted information which was provided. Then asked for a video checking the filtration. Took video and found out it was flowing as it should. Tried to sent video but won't allow me too. I emailed "Cara" back and told her what I found and told her I couldn't send video as it won't allow it too. Since then we've heard NOTHING They blew us off! We spent $500 for this spa and it doesn't work All we requested was a replacement and it's being ignored! Extremely unhappy. Waste of our hard earned money on an item my wife needed for therapy.
Never received my Hot Tube yet
But I opened it up and set it up. I turned the heater on and it did not work. I did it for two days and it never did work. I am fixing to take it back to Walmart.
the tub worked great for a month and then the heater quit. Contacted the seller twice now.
Do not buy!! Really poor quality!
only used it 2 times the heating stopped working impossible to fix without a brand name
