240GB NAND SATA 2.5" SSD

Product arrived quickly. Worked great. It comes with a link to download software that allows you to clone your existing drive to the new one. Unless you have 2 internal drive bays, you iwill need an external enclosure for one of the drives to be able to clone it. I had an external enclosure I used for this drive, and the software cloned my old drive (which had more capacity but was old technology hard disk) to this smaller SSD. The cloning process was relatively easy, and when I was finished I just replaced the old drive in my laptop with this speedy SSD, and everything worked perfectly. The new drive is so much faster.

Great drive for your OS. I'm buying another one!

Works perfect in my laptop. Had trouble with my last one. This works great. Great price also.

It's important to backup the operating system, but even more so for such things as videos, photos, email, data, etc. An operating system can be easily replaced, maybe not the other items. Reliability is of extreme importance. Crucial SSDs have always proved to be 100% reliable for the operating system and as backup media - at least from my experience.

ive bought cheaper brands of SSDs that typically fail in less than a year. crucial on the other hand has been going rock strong and still a great bargain. silent and way faster than the stock mechanical HDD that came in my computer. works in laptops AND desktops

Great budget option for those looking for a reliable and fast SSD.

so far so good, fast in every phase of a solid state drive and excellent software to go with it

Replaced my old hard disk with this ssd. Unplugged the old drive, plugged this in. Closed the case. Booted to USB with windows 10 installer and done. Boots up quick.
