The USB antenna when plug into the back of the Xbox doesn't communicate with the controller. It may be due our other devices. The buttons on the controller makes clicking sound when pressing it.

the last controller I got from another company didn't work very well. this one works well and stays connected and the buttons feel solid. I use it everyday.

I'm surprised how well they work. They look and feel just like the real deal. Easy to set up and aftermarket rechargeable batteries work well.

I really like my new xbox box controller because it definitely looks and feels way much better than my old controller which is crazy to think.

Works perfectly! And it even arrived one-day earlier than the original shipping estimate! Never thought that Walmart would be faster than Amazon, but they are. Of course, it's not an original XBox 360 remote, but then I don't think they even make those new anymore.

The product description repeatedly stated these controllers came with rechargeable batteries and the enclosed instructions also were meant for rechargeables. The controllers instead came with somewhat ill fitting empty AA battery cases. The instructions are in various languages but the English version is very poor. The price was still good despite the false battery claim but was raised the day after I ordered and is no longer as good a deal.

I placed the order and was supposed to get the controllers by Sunday and Saturday they text it just shipped I will receive it Wednesday I will be returning the products and go to Target and buy . Why be a Walmart customer if they don't do what they say.

Didn't get the controller that was described in the description and when reaching out to them they asked for pictures it was a different color controller sent pictures and then they never responded back.

It was improperly marked, it was sold to me. As a Xbox, one controller once it arrived, it was an Xbox 360 controller. Nobody was willing to make it right.And uh, I was very unhappy with this purchase

The description is very inaccurate it says Xbox One on the description and it's for 360 and in order to send it back I have to print out a label and I can only print a label if I buy a printer good business for you not for customer probably won't order through Walmart again
