Good quality, set up is easy and audio comes out clear. I dropped my phone and smashed the big block. Ordered a new set, mics are not compatible with other main blocks. Only to the one in the box.

Wonderfully simple design, plug in, turn on, record. Unfortunately it sounds like you'd expect for the price, certainly no better. If you know sound I'll try to describe the characteristics for you. First, highly compressed audio happening within the device making almost all sounds going into it sound about the same overall volume which is extremely boosted and an aggressive curve placed on the 400-900hz range (very boxy). If the objective is to have legible vocals regardless in almost any environment with no regard for overall quality this actually would work pretty well, so long as you keep it at least a foot from your mouth. I expect you could wear this while going for a jog and record understandable audio - it would just sound really terrible. Buy it if you don't care about sound quality but need a straight-forward pair of mics that work together really well to provide technically legible audio as cheap as humanly possible. Definitely put it on your lapel or keep it at least 18 inches from your mouth or else it will get a very "hot mic" sound. Do not buy it if you are trying to record something someone would actually WANT to listen to.

Unit came on right away but the sound quality was very muffled and hard to understand. Wanted to use on video camera but the voices will be hard to understand. Range of the mic was about the only thing good about the unit.
