I loved it! Easy to install pretty easy to use, the support on it to hold in its great too! I needed it to walk but because weather and not safe at time because it gets dark early this has been the best for me. I'm pretty busy so this works amazing it counts the timing too.

this is a great little treadmill holds down so it will slide right under the bed for storage. has wheels on the front so you can move it around to easily. so far so good.
