The built-in container and drain basket are excellent additions because I can chop and rinse everything in one go.The interchangeable blades are razor-sharp and slide securely into the unit. However, there is a slight learning curve. If you try to push a giant chunk of a hard root vegetable (like potatoes or sweet potatoes) straight through, you will really struggle and risk bending the plastic. You definitely need to pre-cut harder vegetables into thinner, smaller slices first. Cleaning can also take a couple of minutes to get into the grooves, so I highly recommend using the included little brush right away before food dries. Overall, it's an excellent kitchen gadget for the price!"
