Very happy with Sunpatience!
Not what I expected. I clearly missed the single listing image of the 3 tiny starter plants with ZERO blooms and no way to determine if I received the correct color. While puny, they did arrive significantly healthier than the Blue Beach Bum Evolvulus I purchased in the same order. Those looked weak, wilted, stressed, leggy, and like they been zapped, “Honey, I Shrunk The Kids”, style. I have high hopes for these SunPatiens. My flower bed gets full Florida sun all day and for the past decade the environment has been so extreme that we've lost most of our plants. Only those invasive species “Christmas Berries” and oak saplings seem to grow. Let's see if the SunPatiens live up to their name %26 breeding! Arrived in 2-2.5 inch grower pots (flimsy %26 tiny, not meant for long term). Thankfully, the roots weren't protruding out the drainage holes (the Evolvulus that came with the same order had 4” to 7” roots bursting through every opening of the nursery pots). Ang if 12 leaves on each plant, which reached just under 6” tall (the exact height of my iPhone 16 Pro Max). Dark green leaves with red veins, backs, and red stems. Leaves range from a few millimeters to 2 inches max.
Not lush and healthy
Received healthy plants, totally wrong color. Have white stripes and look like the Peach Candy variety. Can't use, and can't get a replacement until return is received - which will be weeks late in our season. These are way, way too expensive for this mistake and lengthy replacement process. My mistake for ordering these online!!Bet they're cheaper at the fanciest garden store in our area.
Terrible year for purchasing plants from you and most of your suppliers. Last year it was outstanding this year over priced half dead some were to young for traveling never took off to grow. Roses were great when received the bloomed I don't see new growth coming in or new buds forming. I gallon size is what I purchased. I always grow Small and large tomatoes , bell peppers and pickles. I have a bell pepper plant left and not much left on my pickle plant. Fed and watered. Plenty of Sun nothing doing well. All placed in Miracle Grow Potting Soil. Next year I will go to a nursery and pick my own. I spent over 100.00 and have nothing to show for it. Very upsetting , waisted money three 12.98 I could have gotten a half of flat for 7.97 locally. Your plants come from Home Depot , growers that ship out seedlings not healthy starter plants. Never had such a disappointing season.
