I take Wendy's Frostys to my Mom in a nursing home. The medium Frosty fits inside the cup and she can drink it through a straw in the lid. The cup works as an insulated sleeve. If she can't finish it, I can use a marker to write her name, room number, and date on the white cup. The staff will put it in the freezer for another day.

cups are very good, use them with all drinks hot or cold..rinse them and reuse

The hot cups were large and sturdy. The lids are secure. Perfect for a larger cups of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa for guests. Very useful. We will be ordering them again—especially for the holidays and family events.

It can take hot liquids but not boiling. Therefore French Press and Kurig are fine. Moka (boiled stovetop) is just too hot.

Quality of cups are for a single use. If used more than that the bottom falls out. Very cheaply made.

The cups were jammed so tightly together that I had to throw a lot out. The lids cracked and broke very easily. The lids popped off the cups far too easy. I ended up using most of them to hold pens, paper clips,etc. Disappointed in this product, will not buy again.

It is difficult to find 20 oz. Hot cups in recycle material. I thought I hit the jackpot with these white 20oz. Hot with lid. The cup itself is pretty terrific for not being styrofoam. Sometimes it could use a sleeve. Authentic tea brewers, this isn't for you the water temperature is too high and it will not work. But for coffee with froth attachment, it is perfect size. My issue is with my they are so difficult to separate. I end up crushing cups, flipping the cup lip up, destroying several cups in the process. I even gave it another try since first order was shoved in mailbox pretty tight and I thought maybe that did it. Nope, 100 cups and ever sleeve is the same. It makes me crazy, I got so I wouldn't be using styrofoam but now I am just sending unused paper, crushed and unsafe cups to recycle plant. If they could figure out a way to not have them be so hard to separate I would give 5 stars. But after these I will need to find alternative. Too frustrating, wasting my money, and frustrating something that should be so simple is causing these issues…
