I like the suitcase because of its simple but efficient design. We had a problem with stitching coming apart, but had a good experience with warranty department and replacement.

Perfect size, durable material and construction. The spinner wheels glide well on hard surfaces and carpet.

Easy to organize your trip and pack efficiently. Once packed easy to handle and move from vehicle to hotel or airport terminal.

Based on my recent experience I have become a Swissgear customer for life. We purchased two identical (besides the color) suitcases for our sons for our one month family vacation last summer. Both were excellent. On this summer's one month trip they were each used a second time. Both again were excellent however the zipper on one of them got mangled mid trip. It was still usable but no longer the pristine bag it had been. Upon returning home I reached out for the warranty claim. The process was somewhat arduous but I suspect that the company receives fraudulent requests so appreciate their requirements to guard against that. Additionally I was quite pleased not to have to ship an entire suitcase in for a warranty claim. True to the promise a brand new suitcase was provided at no cost. Sad to say but other companies I have worked with on their 'promised' warranties have left me very unsatisfied I was pleasantly surprised that Swissgear stands behind their product in this way. Additionally we purchased a Swissgear backpack for the new school year and so far it is the best backpack my son has ever had. You are a wonderful company!

Very tough as I thought. My daughter loved it for her college graduation.

This is a nice product, but I had to return it 2 times due to inoperable rollers

I bought this suitcase to replace a previous Swissgear suitcase that lost a wheel. This is a beautiful blue color which is easy to spot on the carousel and I love how the bag is organized. But it is uncomfortable to wheel or push thru the airport. It seems to lean slightly to one side and requires significant effort to push. Not as easy to use as the one I replaced.

I recently purchased this suitcase for a 10 day Europe trip. The wheels are definitely not what I expected. This is hard to explain but they do not allow you to walk with it lengthwise by your side it was to be width wise like you're pulling it behind.

The top handle broke off the first time used. It was within the weight limit. If I file a warranty claim, it says that I'm responsible for the shipping fees to get a repair. So basically they sold me a defective piece of luggage and I have to pay to get it fixed. I will not purchase from or recommend Swissgear again.
