$25 Vanilla® Visa® Gift Box Gift Card (plus $3.44 Purchase Fee)

My granddaughter loved this gift so much, because it was a visa that she can spend anywhere! Second, she can shop for what she wants, which is very important to a teenager, I have found! Also, she learns about budgeting and shopping for deals, etc to see how the real world works in business. She feels confident that she will succeed in this area. Lastly, it is purple, which happens to be her favorite color! Happiness all around!

These gifts cards were just what I wanted. I like that I pay any fees when I purchase these cards so that the person I give them to does not have to worry about any fees being charged to them when they use the cards. Thank you, Veronica Colby

It's visa card and I can't get any cash off of it even though there's i ton of money on there that's very frustrating. Other than that, I would've given five stars. They are very convenient sometimes but sometimes very inconvenient too. That's all I'm saying folks…

I have never received my order. I have talked to numerous people at Walmart customer service. I've also talked to the gift card department. A supervisor by the name of Melanie was horrible. I'm told a different thing every single time I have talked with someone there is no resolution. I've been told information that is not accurate. My tracking number for my entire order is not accurate does not exist according to the shipping company themselves they told me to contact the merchant which I have done at least 10 times in three weeks. I have not gotten anywhere. I have not been reimbursed. I was told over a week ago that I would get an email and that I would be reimbursed I could go on and on I am extremely disappointed. I am out a few hundred dollars right before Christmas as these were Christmas gifts. I wanted the merchandise but now I just want to know where my items supposedly went to because without an accurate shipping tracking number, we cannot find anything out Miss Melanie a supervisor within the gift card aspect of Walmart basically told me that it is my bank's problem to contact my bank. Also told me that my gift cards that I purchased have been redeemed and apparently there's no way humanly possible to know that without the physical card, so kudos to Miss Melanie for knowing something that I'm told is not an option and kudos to Walmart for not being able to tell me what my tracking number is because today I was told there is no tracking number so I would be very leery about ordering from walmart.com again as from talking with multiple people this is not uncommon right now for Walmart

Never received it eventho it said it was delivered. Had plenty of time to send it for a birthday present, only if it was sent on time. This is 2nd time this happened with gift card. I never received the last one. my one fault. I should have learned the forst time

this was the most botch up delivery company ever and when i finally got package without any heads up it was next to my mail box soak and wet all tore up it was stormin out and no gift cards that were for my 2 grandchildrens birthday Saturday. i feel so violated and have no way to replace them been on phone with walmart support who are trying to help. still getting alerts that my gift cards are coming i am very confused

Bought a gift $25 card was lost reordered it again was delivered had only 2dollars on it. Notified the credit card division said they wouldn’t do anything contacted Walmart customer service t they said call the credit card division that couldn’t do anything bottom line don’t buy these from Walmart.

Fedex Driver handed me the package. When I opened it the pre-paid Visa card as missing. No sign of anyone opening the package. Obviously whoever packed it in the warehouse stole it. Easy enough to pocket the Visa card and seal up the small envelope.

My order was delayed and when it finally arrived, the gift cards were missing from the package. Walmart refused to refund my money because the order showed as delivered. Terrible experience.
