This product works as described and I am very pleased with it. Place the 4 ice packs in the freezer as soon as you unpack the items because it does take awhile for them to freeze solid. You can of course still use it. The jest of it, unpack, place ice packs in freezer, remove tape from product, add cold water to the bin, add ice if you have it, to the bin since you are waiting for the ice packs to freeze, plug it in, turn it on, and enjoy. Included is the instruction manual and it is easy to understand. The remote is wonderful because you don't need to get up and fumble with settings. One major thing to realize about this product, it functions like a fan and if you have the item pointing in your direction, you are going to be very comfortable. With the ice/ice packs inside, the air is going to cooler than a standard fan. Since they give you 4 ice packs, you place 2 and you always have 2 to switch out. It runs quite some hours without changing the ice packs. Place the ice packs in a very cold place located in your freezer so they will freeze solid and last longer. To me, these are worth the price. I don't even want to tell you the outrageous price I was quoted several years ago when the HVAC went out. HVAC, duct work, vents, heat pumps, furnace, not to mention constant rising electric bill. Since I live alone, I prefer having one of these in every room. I can only be in one room at a time and most rooms I am rarely in. This unit also has a removable filter that you can run water under the sink to clean it. It is not loud, it's quiet and it does have settings that you can increase the power and that will make it a tad louder but no louder than a fan. To me, it makes sense and I look forward to less expense and lower electric bill.

My husband had never heard of one of these before, but he's not from the south just Chicago so you know but so far so good blows cool as long as the packs are frozen it really is mobile a little loud, but you don't know louder than an air conditioner would be the wheels move. Well it's lightweight so it's easy to move. Looks very simple to keep clean and look forward to using it more.

This lightweight cooler is nice. I just have been using it today for the first time and it is not overly hot in the house but I can really feel the cooling feature. It holds a lot of water and will continue to cool for quite a long time, since it is not evaporating quickly. The frozen ice packs seem to help with the cooling. I did order extra and they were a reasonable price. Initially I was frustrated because the bottom tank fill level is kind of hard to read and I didn't want to burn out the motor on day one but I guess my eyes have adjusted and I can see it better now. It is easy to move around and will fit in small spaces. It sounds like a regular fan, not loud enough to be annoying--much better than my window a/c unit (which makes me crazy). The power cord could be a bit longer but it will do.

Lots of Cool Air. I received the FlowBreeze 25” Portable Evap Cooler for free as part of a reviewer program. Even though we have central ac in my house, I think I may try to put this sort of swampie/cooler in every room. Saves on the electric bill for sure and cuts the strain on our ac. This one cools up 600sq ft, so ought to be fine cooling down a little kitchen nook, smaller living room or a kid's room. It only weighs 10 pounds, is on wheels and takes up very little floor space. Competitive price. Several Day EARLY – FedEx !!!

This is the perfect air cooler for any room of your house. It does wonders in this hot weather. I recommend this one is a great value and works really good 👍

Do not buy! Absolutely not worth it! Even in a tiny room, this is barely noticeable. Would not recommend!

I really wanted to like this portable air cooler because it has a sleek design and looks great. For appearance alone, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the performance was disappointing. The oscillation feature on my unit did not work as advertised, and it didn't provide much cooling. Even after freezing the included ice packs and placing them in the machine, the air never became noticeably cold. In my experience, this unit might be suitable for a very small space, such as a tiny bathroom with just a toilet and sink, but it wasn't effective in a normal-sized room. Because cooling performance is the most important feature, I can't recommend it based on my experience.
